How to Order

1. PLACE YOUR ORDER

Contact us via email and let us know which design from the collection you'd like to order and the quantities of items required. You will then receive your invoice for review. Full payment is required to secure the order. Along with the invoice we will send you a list of a details that are needed to produce your stationery design proofs. If at this stage you’d prefer to specify your own wording, please forward your text in an email or word document. Please return your information, after carefully checking all text for errors, as this will minimise the need for reproofing.

Payment options will be included on your invoice. Payment by BACS transfer is encouraged. Artcadia does accept debit or credit card payments via PayPal but there is a 3% charge for using this service. Please request your PayPal invoice via email.

 

2. DESIGN PROOFING

We will create and send you the initial proofs (digital mock ups of your stationery) via email within three working days. Two rounds of proof revisions are included, which will give us plenty of time to refine your design until it is perfect. Any proofs above the three free rounds are charged at £15 each. Upon receipt of a proof, if revisions are required, list all changes needed clearly and concisely in your first email back to us. Sometimes it helps to ask another party to check the design and wording.

 

3. DESIGN PROOF APPROVAL

This is the most important part of the process. The final proof is what will be printed. Once you have given final approval, you will take full responsibility for the design and any errors. Take your time to review your proofs; all of our artwork is individually created so mistakes can happen.

Once you are completely happy for the items to go to print, simply approve the design via email.

Due to the time and costs involved in setting up a letterpress/hot foil print run, we cannot produce and send hard copies of letterpress/hot foil stationery prior to full order printing.

 

4. DISPATCH TIME AND DELIVERY

Once approved, we aim to have your stationery printed and dispatched within 7-12 working days. Timings can be dependent on the size and complexity of your order. Most orders are sent by DPD Next Day Courier but we also use UPS, DHL and Royal Mail. We only use tracked services and packages will always require a signature upon delivery. Expedited US and Worldwide shipping available, contact us for shipping rates.

 

5. FURTHER STATIONERY

If you have ordered wedding invitations or save the dates from Artcadia, you can order further coordinating stationery at a later date. We will keep your design on file for 6 months after your wedding date, so we can keep your look consistent. Please note that colours can vary slightly between different press runs, so if you’re very particular about having ink colours appear exactly the same across all stationery items, we recommend ordering all of your pieces together (save the date cards, invitations, menus, order of service etc.)
